Refund policy

We do not offer refunds; however, exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:

1. You may try the item upon delivery while the courier is present.

2. If the item does not meet your expectations, you can return it immediately to the courier for an exchange.

Please note that exchanges are only accepted at the time of delivery and must adhere to this process.
